Eve Treschitta’s journey into design and construction began long before she officially entered the industry. Growing up immersed in the world of high-end homes, she split her time between her father’s luxury construction sites and assisting her stepmother, an interior designer. By her teenage years, she was staging model homes and developing an innate talent for curating beautiful, functional spaces.

In college, her passion for design deepened, as she found herself “editing” friends’ apartments, turning ordinary spaces into thoughtfully crafted homes. This natural eye for design and problem-solving led her to co-found Squibb Estates, a Denver-based luxury home builder. There, she worked on a diverse portfolio, from sustainable 1950s remodels to grand, multi-million-dollar European-style estates, gaining a breadth of experience across architectural styles and project complexities.

Today, as the founder and creative force behind Eve’s Creations, Eve channels her decades of expertise into her role as a designer-builder-decorator. Collaborating with architects, builders, and landscape designers, she brings her clients’ visions to life with artistry, precision, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Eve approaches every project with the same advice her father instilled in her: don’t take the easy way out, embrace innovation, and never stop improving. It’s this ethos that drives her to create homes that are not only stunning but also deeply personal, elevating everyday living for her clients.

Leslie Neely

Leslie is our dedicated Studio Manager, bringing a blend of heartfelt organization and creative flair to Eve’s Creations. Growing up in a small Nebraska town, Leslie earned her Early Childhood Education degree and spent a decade as a preschool teacher—nurturing young minds and honing her attention to detail. After welcoming her own little ones, she embraced a new chapter, ready to dive into the creative process that had always called to her.

Since joining Eve’s Creations in July 2023, Leslie has thrived in the fast-paced design world. She finds inspiration in watching Eve transform spaces into dreams unfolding before clients’ eyes, and she plays a pivotal role behind the scenes—ensuring orders, project deadlines, finances, and communications run seamlessly. For Leslie, it’s not just about studio management; it’s about building lasting relationships. At Eve’s Creations, the sense of family extends to every client, and that connection is what she values most.

I have worked with Eve and her team on several high end custom homes. Working with her to bring her clients dreams and desires to life has been fun as well as challenging.
